What Doesn’t Work

A list of things that aren’t working for me (right now) in my journey towards natural good health

  • Not getting enough sleep
  • Drinking too much wine (but it’s so GOOD!)
  • Eating two large meals in one day
  • Keeping a food diary/counting calories
  • Not doing what I said I’d do
  • Paying others to tell me what to do to be healthy
  • Not planning ahead and getting to the airport in plenty of time
