Day 1 – Success!

So my food plan was:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, coffee with milk (whole) and sugar.
Lunch: lean protein, roasted broccoli drizzled with ranch dressing from the cafe
Snack: Greek yogurt from the cafe
Dinner: ham, collard greens and black eye peas.

My food reality was:

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, ½ grapefruit, coffee with milk and sugar
Lunch: leftover roasted chicken, roasted broccoli and carrots drizzled with ranch dressing
Dinner: haven’t had it yet – amazingly I don’t feel hungry so my plan is to have reasonable portions and stop eating when I’m not longer getting pleasure from the food.  I’ll report on that tomorrow.
