… I took to the kitchen today and really enjoyed making myself some yummy veggies. The larger container is full of roasted brussel sprouts, carrots and red pepper. The smaller one has stir-fried carrots, onion, red pepper, snow peas, english peas and carrots. I plan to have the stir-fried veggies on a baby kale and spinach salad tossed with a quick dressing of soy, rice wine, orange juice, honey, garlic and peanut oil. I can’t wait.
