New Hours

Some good news! I spoke with my boss yesterday and we’ve reset my hours to be 8 AM to 4 PM. YAY! This means that most days, I’ll be able to come one and exercise – at my favorite time to exercise: right after work.

Until it’s warmer, exercise will be Barre 3. I started back with that yesterday and have no pain. Another YAY!
