I made my tiny little goals to detach from the feeling of stress in a vacuum and it’s caused – well, more
stress pressure. The first 10-12 days of each month are incredibly busy with lots of tasks that must be done on a time table. Walking breaks, while desirable, are not exactly doable. But breathing breaks are so I’m updating my #fitymi goals for the next several days.
