And I think I know why: half hearted effort to complete the #lmwlchallenge. I need to really give the challenges my full attention and try to do them in the order in which they are presented.
Today’s challenge – examine WHY I’m eating or want to eat. OK – so, today, I’m going to actually make myself stop and write before I eat. Answer the question why and see what happens. I’ll try to get back here to post the results.
But taking a guess at some of the answers:
I’m bored bored bored
I don’t want to do what I need to be doing (i.e., it’s BORING)
I’m stressed – time constraints on getting incredibly important stuff done
I’m annoyed – cube mate is a something of a food police type person (I swear, I think I do eat badly just to ‘show her.’)
I wonder what else will come up? Today, I’m giving myself permission to take writing breaks to examine the desires that drive my urges to eat.
