Last week

I took care of myself:

  • I made my own yogurt
  • I mixed my own granola at Whole Foods – now inspired to MAKE my own
  • make kale salad, yum
  • packed lunches AND snacks – no reason to hit the vending maching

I still ate a bit too much, but I ate more healthfully and started feeling better about myself.  I am worth the time it takes to  make yogurt!
